BTS Quick Response Team

The QRT is designed to help us be prepared to respond to DR Deployment opportunities in a timely manner.   Our goal is to have volunteers who can deploy within 7 days.  It's not expected that every member would be available for every call but that the members of this team would make every effort to be available.
